The Viking Grill

Festival favorite “Berserker Dogs” are back!  Made with a 1/4 lb. grilled sausage, freshly toasted bun, scratch made beer cheese, and grilled onions. Gluten Free and Paleo options available!

Frigg’n Göd Flatbread & Lefse

Fire roasted Scandinavian flatbread “pizzas” and lefse. Offering flatbreads topped with delicious fresh veggies, meat, and cheese along with classic Norwegian lefse. Also offering Boba Tea, Iced Coffee, and Soft Drinks. Vegetarian options available!

The Viking Kitchen (by Redtail Catering)

Delicious Scandinavian favorites like Swedish Meatballs, Cucumber Salad, Hot Dogs, and Double-Berry shortcake. Vegetarian options available!

Bread and Cheese Eatery

“Worlds Best Grilled Cheese”.  Deluxe grilled cheese sandwiches made with local bread and California Cheese! Served with house-made dipping sauces.

Aunty Devi’s Meat Pies

Delicious New Zealand style Meat Pies!

Reminder: While food vendors may take cash or card in addition to our Food/Bar/Activity Tickets, tickets and only tickets may be used for procuring alcoholic beverages.

Viking Spirits will be serving Scandinavian Birch Sap Wine. Their special offerings are carried exclusively by Holiday Liquor & Wine here in Vista.

North County Home Brewing Association

This group of serious home brewers meet once a month and will be bringing their delicious brews to the Viking Festival again this year.
